Opposition date: June 15th, 2017. Apparent Opposition Diameter: 18.30". Declination:-22°39'. Constellation: Sagittarius
Saturn Summer Solstices
The northern and southern solstice on Saturn showing the differing appearances of the two hemispheres fourteen years apart. Note the southern polar region lacks a hexagon shaped jetstream that is so prominent in the north.
